Update on Cyclone Ditwah: All Travelers Safe & New Flexibility for Dec/Jan Bookings
We have confirmed the safety of 100% of our active travelers. For upcoming bookings in Dec 2025/Jan 2026, we are now offering free rescheduling and zero cancellation fees.
As Cyclone Ditwah impacts our beautiful island, our priority has shifted entirely from "tourism" to "safety."
We are relieved to confirm that the TheTourify support team has successfully reached 100% of our active travelers for this season. Every single guest has been contacted, and we have arranged for their immediate safety or safe return home.
Our Commitment to You We understand that many of you have upcoming trips planned for December 2025 and January 2026. Given the severity of the flooding and infrastructure damage, we believe you should not be penalized for a natural disaster.
Effective immediately, we are launching a "Safety First" Booking Policy:
- 100% Free Rescheduling: You may move your current booking to any future date (up to 18 months out). We will honor your original package price, even if rates go up next year.
- Fee-Free Cancellations: We are waiving all TheTourify service fees and cancellation penalties. We are also actively negotiating with our hotel partners to secure full refunds on your behalf wherever possible.
